Every year during the Chinese New Year, my grandparents and I have a tradition of making dumplings together. It is a special time for us to bond and create delicious food to share with our family.
I remember when I was in second grade, my grandparents taught me how to make dumplings from scratch. My grandpa showed me how to mix the dough and roll it out into thin circles.
