教师远程研修共同体研究——以2006年教育部“中小学教师新课程国家级远程培训”为例

Abstract
With the expanding of teachers’training via Internet and the concerning ofresearchers in it。 that way of teachers’training is approved not only in practice but also in theory.Learning community of teachers via Internet is an activity of teachers to learn,work and research,following
the rules which are“practice and introspect'’,“talk and cooperate'’and“guide and innovate'’,that would make the dialogue between the teachers and themselves,between the teachers and the experts,between the practice and theory,and it can improve the professional development of teachers.
On the base of theories of learning community,through substantial evidence and research, using society network analysis and content analysis,the author invests tO find the essence of learning community of teachers via Intemet,and tO describe the characteristics of it.
In writer’S opinion,the learning community of teachers via Intemet is consist of the three compositions,the people of the learning community of teachers via Internet,the fiat of Internet and the flow of the information between them.The good using of these three compositions Can
make teachers’training better.
远程研修The writer believes that if we make the three factors moderate and cooperation.it will be important to promote the result of the teachers’training.To sum it up,when we want to us.e the Intemet to carry on the professional development of teachers,we must try our best to work in
these three factors.After finding the form and characteristic of learning commBnity of teachers via
Intemet,we must use all of these theories to make the software and hardware of this system better
to satisfy the need of the learning community of teachers via Intemet.
In the last,the author says this research tries to use the new methods which would provide new way to research the related topic of leaming community of teachers via Internet,and.further, it will be useful for the research in the topic ofusing technique in professional development of teachers.
