本研究在开放式问卷、文献综述的基础上提出了小学教师职业幸福感的理论构想,编制了小学教师职业幸福感问卷,考查了自编问卷的信效度,并且调查了苏州市小学教师职业幸福感的基本状况,考查其年龄、性别、是否担任班主任等背景变量对小学教师职业幸福感的影响,另外探讨了职业幸福感与离职倾向关系,最后针对小学教师的职业幸福感现状提出了几点建议。 本研究的主要结果为:(1)小学教师职业幸福感主要由八个因素构成:领导关系、躯体健康、工作情感、成效感、同事关系、学生关系、从业动机、工作热情;(2)问卷的信效度良好;(3)小学教师的职业幸福感水平处于一般和比较幸福之间;(4)不同体教师在职业幸福感总分及部分因素上存在差异;(5)教师幸福感职业幸福感与离职倾向呈中等程度负相关关系;不同职业幸福感水平的被试离职倾向的得分有显著差异,职业幸福感水平高的个体离职倾向低,职业幸福感低的个体离职倾向高。

Based on an open-ended questionnaire, overviews of former studies and a test of one small sample, a theoretical hypothesis was put forward in this study. Thus the Occupational Well-being of Primary School Teacher Questionnaire was designed and the reliability and validity were tested out.
