Today I feel very honored to stand here to give you a speech.My topic is how to be a qualified worker.
In today's world,with the competition becoming more and more fierce,it's becoming more and more difficult for people to find a desirable job.For us,we are lucky to own such a good job.However,we,as worker,should improve ourselves in order to better adapt to this changing society.Therefore,the issue on how to be a qualified worker is becoming more and more important.
In my opinion,in order to be a qualified worker,three requirements must be taken into consideration,namely,the right attitude towards work,working skills and relevant knowledge about work.Now let me explain the three requirements to you in details.
First of all,to be a qualified worker,we must have a right attitude towards work.That is to say,
we should obey the rules and try to be professional.For example,we should be punctual and never be late;we should finish our basic daily work in time and try not to make mistakes.In addition,we should be full of passion and vigor,we should be hard-working and positive.Never feel depressed and frustrated when in trouble.A sense of responsibility is also included in the right attitude.Remember:it is our attitude that decides whether we can succeed or not.
Secondly,I want to talk something about the working skills,which is essential for us to be a qualified worker.As we all know,cooperation is very important among colleagues in every company.Accordingly,we should have a teamwork spirit and try our best to cooperate with others.Teamwork and cooperation can improve our working efficiency,just as the saying goes"many hands make light work".Then,we should attach great importance to international relationship.On the one hand,we should spend some time communicating with our colleagues,try to be a good listener and keep eye contact while communicating with others;on the other hand,try our best to help friends in trouble.For"A friend in need is a friend indeed".
Thirdly,if we want to be a qualified worker,we have to read as much books about our jobs as possible.Only in this way can we know our job better and advance with the times.
Besides the three requirements mentioned above,I personally think that confidence is also important for a qualified worker.So ladies and gentlemen,believe in ourselves,believe in our hopes,believe in our future,we,every one of us,can be a qualified worker if we have the right attitude,working skills,relevant knowledge and confidence.
