展会食品安全保证书
为保障第xx届中国新春年货购物节参展食品的卫生安全，保护消费者合法权益，根据我国《中华人民共和国食品安全法》、《中华人民共和国食品安全法实施条例》、《消费者权益保护法》、《食品卫生法》、国务院《关于加强食品等产品安全监督管理的特别规定》及商务部《流通领域食品安全管理办法》等有关规定，现承诺保证如下：
一、我保证向组委会提供的营业执照、税务登记证、卫生许可证、销售授权书等必要的资质证明文件，都合法有效。
二、经营场所布局合理、环境整洁，从业人员必须进行健康体检和接受食品卫生知识培训。
三、在经营场所醒目位置悬挂《营业执照》、《食品流通许可证》、《质检报告》等有效的相关法定证照。
四、销售食品必需按照索证索票购销台帐制度的要求，建立进销货台帐，进货时要如实记录供货商的有关情况、时间、产地来源、名称、规格、数量、产品等级和索证种类等内容; 销货时要记录商品采购对象、、时间及所售产品的名称、规格、数量等内容，并查验所销售食品
的保质期。
五、对有关行政主管部门组委会公布的不合格食品应立即实施下架、退市、召回、销毁等处理办法。
六、现场制作食品、散装食品及生鲜食品，必须有清洁外罩或覆盖物，使用的包装材料必须清洁、无毒，防止食品污染。出售食品使用专用工具取货；制作熟食品的，必须烧熟煮透，生熟食品隔离; 隔夜食品必须彻底加热后再出售; 配备切、盛装熟食品的刀、板和容器，在使用前要严格进行清洗、消毒。
七、坚决不生产、加工和销售假冒伪劣食品，未经检验检疫或经检验检疫不合格牲畜家禽肉品，农药残留超标的蔬菜水果，用污水化学药品浸泡的产品及腐败变质、过期、无产地、厂名、生产日期、保存期限和其他不符合食品安全卫生要求的各类食品。
八、严格依照食品安全法和其他相关法律、法规的规定及食品安全标准从事经营活动，如从我展位销售出去的食品出现安全质量问题，与主办单位毫无关系，我们愿意承担一切经济和法律责任。
