根据国家及省、市科协有关《关于开展“科学饮食，健康生活——201
蝙蝠侠系列2年青少年科学调查体验活动”的通知》要求，结合学校实际，我校决定在校内组织开展以“科学饮食，健康生活”为主题的青少年科学调查体验活动，现提出活动实施方案如下：
一、活动目的
青少年是祖国的未来，科学的希望。他们的健康成长直接关系到千家万户的幸福生活。近年来，随着人民生活水平的不断提高和生活条件的不断改善，人们对于“科学饮食，健康生活”的要求愈来愈迫切。与此同时，日常生活中不科学的饮食习惯，不健康的生活方式依然存在。以“科学饮食，健康生活”为主题的2012年青少年科学调查体验活动，旨在让青少年学习并掌握食物与营养，食品与健康等知识，从小培养科学合理的饮食习惯，树立勤俭节约的意识，养成健康文明的生活方式。同时发挥辐射带动作用，引导家庭和社会共同形成“科学饮食，健康生活”的良好氛围。
二、活动形式
愚公移山移的是哪两座山组织学生在学习科学饮食‘健康生活等相关知识的基础上，以学校科学实验小组、家庭为单位开展饮食习惯、生活方式相关的科学调查活动，开展食品安全环境、食品生产、流通、营养成份测试等相关科学体验和科学探究活动，搜集整理相关材料和数据。在此基础上，进行简单的数据统计与分析，提交调查报告，提出合理化建议。
三、活动内容及实施步骤

②学校结合活动主题，根据实际情况，开发设计内容丰富，形式新颖的科学调查体验活动，确定活动方案。③举行活动启动仪式。
2、调查体验阶段
①学校组织学生以小组、班级为单位，在沈熙虹、方迪老师的指导下，利用每日下午放学后在学校的实验室开展相关科学试验；
②结合实验过程及结果，以家庭为单位，组织学生开展相关的科学调查； ③方迪老师负责组织学生做好对调查结果的记录，同时及时地加以宣传报道； ④学校将在9月17日“全国科普日”利用周一晨会的时机，向全校师生展示活动成果；
