***同学是我****年下半年主讲的《半导体物理》和****年上半年主讲的《模拟集成电路》本科专业课程的学生，他曾多次向我请教有关微电子学前沿、语言以及学术规划等方面的问题，我们有过多次课上和课后的交流。我对其学术造诣、科研能力及潜力、与其他本科生相比的个人优势与劣势都有着较为详细的了解。
当我讲授《半导体物理》时，他主动学习、创新思维和孜孜以求的求知态度给我留下极其深刻的印象。尽管我们系这半学年还没有开设半导体器件方面的课程，然而该同学自学了相关课程，把半导体材料的特性和半导体器件结合起来考虑，思考问题全面客观，很能深入到问题的本质，但又不钻牛角尖。本学期我继续担任该学生专业课程《模拟集成电路》的指导老师，该学生勤于思考，多次与老师探讨学术问题，为教育教学互动做出了表率。从他的问题中，我可以感到他
有扎实的数学、物理功底和开阔而清晰的思维方式。
***同学对待师长彬彬有礼，为人谦逊好学。值得一提的是，无论是学习还是研究过程中，***同学不吝于与
同学相互分享资料，乐于助人，有着良好的合作精神和协调能力。在我眼里，***同学是一名全面发展，品学兼优，勤奋热情，有明确理想和强烈社会责任感的年轻人。
在治学研究方面，该学生的优势在于突出的学习热情与毅力。与别的本科专业同学相比，他要多修习一个专业的课程，但是却并没有放松任何一个专业的学习，据我了解他经常放弃晚上、周末的休息时间用于双学位的课程学习，并取得了优异的成绩。通过与他的学术探讨，我认为他的学术知识体系严谨，微电子学相关基础知识掌握完整，有很远大的创新科研前景。在我所推荐过的同学中，他的科研热情和双学位综合能力都是十分突出的。我认为该生的研究方向广阔，应当将本科阶段所学专业知识充分梳理，寻求感兴趣的突破点进行深造。
