紧急需要,可由总经理临时聘任,但应在一个月内报批。
第三条员工聘任应按照劳动法规定,签订劳动合同,并在试用期内进行考核,如表现优秀,可转为正式员工。
第四章考核管理制度
第一条本公司实行绩效考核制度,以员工的工作表现为主要评价标准。
第二条考核周期为一年,考核内容包括工作态度、工作能力、工作成果等方面。
第三条考核结果将作为员工晋升、加薪、奖惩等方面的重要依据,同时也是公司管理和发展的重要参考。
第五章奖惩管理制度
第一条本公司实行奖惩并重的管理制度,对员工的工作表现进行奖励或惩罚。
第二条奖励方式包括表彰、奖金、晋升等,惩罚方式包括警告、、调离岗位等。
第三条奖惩应当公正、公开、透明,奖惩记录应当纳入员工档案,作为员工评价的重要依据。
第六章保密管理制度
第一条本公司有保密制度,员工应当严格遵守保密规定,不得泄露公司机密信息。
第二条员工应当对公司的机密信息进行认真保护,不得将机密文件外传、复制、摘抄、拍照等行为。
第三条员工离职时,应当交还公司机密文件和资料,并签署保密协议。
第七章附则
1、本规章制度自颁布之日起施行。
公司的规章制度2、本规章制度的解释权归本公司所有。
Specific personnel can be appointed only with the n of the department manager and approval from the general manager.
According to Article 3.the department manager should submit the approved new personnel n (n materials) and personnel appointment n to the personnel department for processing.
Article 4 states that new employees must submit the following documents within seven days of reporting for duty。otherwise they will not be employed:
1.A photocopy of their ID card (original must be verified);
2.Personal n and four half-length photos taken within three months;
3.Other necessary documents.
After submitting the above documents and passing the nary d。the personnel department can handle the res for joining the social insurance。as stated in Article 5.
According to Article 6.the nary d for newly recruited employees is 2 to 3 months。but those
with excellent performance can shorten their nary d。Those who pass the assessment after the nary d can be formally employed and sign a labor contract。
During the nary d。or assessment d。the following applies:
1.Those who are deemed unsuitable can be dismissed by the company at any time。and their salary will be calculated based on the actual working days。However。those who leave the company automatically before serving for less than seven days will not receive any salary.
2.Those who have bad r。poor service performance。or are absent from work without reason can be dismissed at any time.
3.Those who perform nally well can have their nary d shortened (with a minimum of 15 working days) with the approval of the general manager after being mended by the department manager.
The assessment of nary employees is based on the following criteria。as stated in Article 7:
1.Work ability and performance - proficiency。n。and competency in work;
2.Confidence in the company - whether they identify with the company's business philosophy and strategy;
3.nal n - whether they complete their work usly and on time;
4.Attendance record - whether they have records of being late。leaving early。or being absent from work;
5.Sense of honor - whether they have team spirit and awareness;
6.Affinity - whether they get along with others in a friendly and honest manner.
