为了贯彻《RBA行为准则V6.0(2018)》，确保公司运作符合国家法律法规、国际公约、相关方要求和管理者代表RBA行为准则，持续改善公司社会责任体系，公司任命    xxx  先生为公司管理者代表，自签发之日起生效。
In order to implement the RBA Code of Conduct V6.0 (2018), to ensure that the company operates in accordance with national laws and regulations, international conventions, relevant party requirements and RBA Code of conduct, and continuous improvement of the corporate social responsibility system, The company appoint Mr.  xxx as the management representative of the company. effective from the date of issue.
具体职责和权限如下：
1)   负责对外代表本公司联络与协商RBA社会责任管理体系的认证及相关的内外沟通事宜；
2)   负责RBA社会责任管理体系的有效执行，并组织管理评审；
3)   确保RBA方针、目标及整个RBA社会责任管理体系能得到全体人员的参与和理解；
4)   负责组成健康与安全管理机构，并负责计划、推行及落实本体系的有关环境、健康与安全的各
  项政策、 措施要求，确保符合公司及相关法律法规的要求；
5)   负责内部审核小组的编成与督导执行，并拟定审核计划，确保整个管理体系有效运行，并持续
  改进；
6)   定期向管理层报告RBA社会责任管理体系的实施绩效。
Specific responsibilities and competencies are as follows:
      1) Responsible for the external representative of the company to contact and negotiate the RBA
          social responsibility Management system certification and related internal and external
          communication matters;
      2) Responsible for the effective implementation of the RBA social responsibility Management
          system, and organize management review;
      3) Ensure that the RBA policy, objectives and the entire RBA social responsibility management
          system can be involved and understood by all personnel;
      4) Responsible for the formation of health and safety management institutions, and responsible for
          the planning, implementation and implementation of the system's environmental, hea
lth and
          safety policies, measures and requirements to ensure compliance with the requirements of the
          company and relevant laws and regulations;
      5) Responsible for the internal audit Team compilation and supervision of the implementation, and
          draw up the audit plan to ensure the effective operation of the entire management system, and
          continuous improvement;
      6) Report regularly to  management on the implementation performance of the RBA social
