advise sb to do (不定式作宾补)
advise / suggest +that sb. (should) +do(suggest的名词虚拟语气)
suggest +sth./ doing(动名词作宾语)
例如:He advised me to buy a computer.
He advised / suggested buying a computer.
(他建议买一台电脑)
He advised / suggested that I (should) buy a computer.
(他建议我买一台电脑)
I advised / suggested that he buy a computer.
(我建议他买一台电脑.省略了should.)
(2) suggest 意思为"表明,暗示" 后面的宾语从句用陈述语气.
His pale face suggests that he is ill.(不用should +V)
(3).advice (n.U)不可数 e.g.
He gave me a good piece of advice yesterday.
suggestion( n.U/C)
The teacher made some useful suggestions at the meeting.
(老师在会上提了几条有益的建议)
I went there on your suggestion.
注意:千万不能够用suggest to do, 必须用suggest doing
