此次学习，无论是从课程标准解读，还是教学建议上以及新教材的修订，对于我来说，确实收获了很多，这些知识将会在我以后的教学工作上取帮进作用。
作为一名教师，要想在教学领域上有所建树，就必须认真细致的学习课程标准，认真领会课程标准的精神。课标里明确的阐述了课程的性质理念即义务教育阶段的英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。我认为今后的英语教学应承担着培养学生的基本素养和发展学生的思维能力。英语课堂上，作为教师我们应积极创设一切有利于条件，发展学生的基本的英语听、说、读、写技能，初步形成运用英语的综合能力。这将使我们在今后的教学中有了更明确的方向。
新课标理念着重地阐述了义务阶段英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。就工具性来说，实际上就是在课堂上培养学生“能运用英语”，强调了一个字“能”。所以在今后的英语课堂教学当中，我们应该做到1.注重素质教育，在英语教学上培养学生的综合英语能力，培养学生的跨文化意识，特别是在教学中要注重语言实践，培养学生的语言运用能力。2.关注每一位学生，制定有效可行的教学方法，让学生在英语教学中获得成就感。3.加强学习策略指导，培养学生自主学习能力。
