商务报告和建议书写作技巧
一定按照题目要求完成各项任务(有5项任务必须完成)
注意格式。报告和建议书要有总标题,每部分要有小标题。
要使用标准的常用表达。
使用文体正式的语言,不要使用缩略式。
专有名词,如公司名称,可以使用缩略式,以少占字数。
布局要清晰得体。Introduction,conclusion(s)和 recommendation(s)部分尽量用一句话表达,那样显得简洁。Findings 部分注意使用一些技巧,如分段,弹点等帮助读者理解你的意思,每段只表达一个中心意思。
论点一定要进行充分论证,注意逻辑性,要使用连接词以使行文衔接更好。句子长度是否恰当,长句最好不要超过20个单词。
注意词汇、语法的正确性和丰富性。
总字数是否符合要求,多字少字都会扣分。
写时别忘遵守我课堂上讲的7C原则(completeness, conciseness, correctness, consideration, clarity, courtesy, concreteness)
注意卷面整洁,这会给阅卷老师至少要留下一个比较好的第一印象。写前打好草稿,写好后仔细检查。

The aim of this report is to assess which of the two companies, ERS or Worldwide Relocation would be the most suitable for the relocation of Fenway employees and their families from Seattle to Dublin.Findings
Both ERS and Worldwide Relocation offer an accommodation and school search services.Both companies can organise visas and work permits.In addition to these basic services, ERS also offers removal and shipping assistance whereas Worldwide Relocation
offers an integration programme and assistance with partner employment.The latter is a key requirement for Fenway.Conclusion
It was concluded that both companies go some way to fulfilling Fenway's needs, but neither meets all its needs.Recommendation
We would recommend that Worldwide Relocation be chosen to facilitate the relocation process as its services match Fenway's requirements more closely than ERS’ do.对于report类型,老师指出如下写作方针。
1、标准的行文,应分成5部分:题目(report on:)介绍(instruction)正文(findinds)结论(conclusion)建议(recommendation)。
2、题目通常要求use all your handwritten notes,那么一条都不能漏下。
3、既然是分析,措辞要注意。你非常肯定的地方就用肯定的情态词,比如obvious,不肯定的千万不要想当然,多给自己留点余地,比如possible。
4、题目通常都帮你把逻辑和计算部分点明白了,写这种大作文,人家不是考你逻辑,而是看你的语言和结构。因此,怎样排列写作顺序,以及怎样用一句话串联两到三个点,是比较重要部分。

准备工作可以采用多种形式。具体讲,一般需要对以下几方面有明确的认识:
1.作者的角
商务英语写作一般来说,首先要判定交际双方的等级关系和亲疏关系,然后即可确定交际走向是否应为上行文、下行文或平行文。划分出这个界限,才能做到语言准确得体。
2.读者的角
读者信息包括:
-身份(决定语气)
-专业水平(决定用词)
-人数
-主次
3.预期的目的效率是第一位的,因此最好开门见山,切中主题;文字应简洁明了。
起稿——条理分明
在写的过程中,我们需要完成如下几项任务:

一般分为开头、主体、结尾三部分。
读者视角:迅速捕捉头尾信息。
2.组织布局
商务文章注重逻辑性,结构严谨,环环相扣。
由近至远,由浅至深,由轻至重。
