It's important for us to keep healthy. Here is my advice.
First, you should exercise at least one hour a day, such as running and walking. Second, have a healthy diet(饮食). Eat more f北京电视剧ruit and vegetables. Try not to eat junk food. Third, you shouldn't spend too much time going online. It is bad for your eyes and study. Fourth, you’竞职演说d better go to bed early and not stay up too late, because enough sleep is good for your health. Finally, be happy as possible as you can. Learn to smile at any time(随时).

When I see the tidy room, I feel proud of myself. My parents are pleased with me. I think it’s our duty to help our parents with some chores.

    Now great changes have taken place in my hometown. The environment has become much better. The mountains have turned greener. The rivers are clearer and the sky is bluer. I enjoy reading different kinds of books, and my favorite book is Journey to the West. I like it so much that I have read it many times.
