Developing a healthy life style
  Nowadays more and more people are concerned about their health. But how to keep healthy? Different people may give different answers to this question. In my opinion, it is essential to do the following.
  First, it is absolutely necessary to take some exercise every day. Research shows that getting plenty of exercise make the heart beat faster and the lungs work harder. This strengthens the heart, reduces the chance of heart attack, and helps lower blood pressure. That's why more and more people are becoming active in various kinds of sports and exercises. Every morning many people get up early and take much exercise. Some practice shadowboxing and swordplay while others run, jog, walk or dance to music. In the afternoon,there are also many people keen on sports. Some play basketball or volleyball or table tennis, others go in for gymnastics or track events.Through sports and exercise, people become healthier and stronger.

Everyone wants to keep healthy. It is necessary for us to have a healthy lifestyle. I think I am pretty healthy. I always go to company on foot. I think walking is good exercise. I seldom eat candy. It is bad for our teeth. I usually sleep for 8 hours every night. A good sleep can keep me active during the daytime. I often eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Eating them is good for our health.I always have breakfast in the morning. Breakfast can give me energy. So you see, I take good care of my health .My healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades.

Those mentioned below are what I do to stay healthy.  The first step I take is to keep regular hours and stick to a h
ealthy, balanced diet. The second step I recommend is to get regular exercise. Studies have shown that even moderate exercise, such as walking, can have great benefits for our health if done on a regular basis. Third, I suggest seeing a doctor for an annual checkup. Last but not least, I take time to relax and renew my spirits and mental energy every day.  There are many things that we can do to stay healthy. The above steps are only a few suggestions. The important thing is to value our health and not neglect it.
