Secondly, we should have a healthy balanced diet.We should eat more vegetables and fruits.Don’t drink too much coffee.We can drink a glass of milk before sleep. Thirdly, we should sleep more than 8 hours .We should be happy and it can helps us to keep in good health.We shouldn’t smoke or drink!
