22 九 鹿
  在一片景秀丽的山林中，有一只鹿。它双角洁白如雪，身上有九种鲜艳的毛，漂亮极了，人们都称它九鹿。
　Long long ago,in a beautiful mountain,there was deer with nine-color fur,double antlers were as white as snow,it was so lovely and glamorous ,people called her “Magic Deer”
　这天，九鹿在河边散步。突然，耳边传来“救命啊，救命！”的呼喊，只见一个人在汹涌的波涛中奋力挣扎。九鹿立即纵身跳进河中，将落水人救上岸来。
　One day, the deer walked alone a river enjoying afresh air and nice flowers everywhere. Suddenly, a terrible voice came out  “Help  Help!” One person was seen struggling in the turbulent wavein the middle of the river.Without hesitation,the deer jumped into the river, saved the poor person onto the shore.
  落水人名叫调达，得救后连连向九鹿叩头，感激地说：“谢谢你的救命之恩。我愿意永远做你的奴仆，终身受你的驱使……”
  His name called Diaoda，he kneltd before the deer, knocked his head gratefully “Thanks so much for your kind saving,my beautiful deer, It is you who give me a second life! How can I ever repay you？You are my owers now.I will forever be your servant.Let me serve you with all my life.You can drive me lifetime”
　九鹿打断了调达的话，说：“我救你并不是要你做我的奴仆。快回家吧。只要你不向任何人泄露我的住处，就算是知恩图报了。”
  “NO,no. You needn’t to be my servant,it is not my willingness to save you.I live a free life,and you also have your own family and friends. Go home now,my friends. As long as you do not divulge my place to anyone, that will be a great in return.Be remember:Do not let any know my place,keeping the secret for me is the best repayment. ”
　调达郑重起誓，决不说出九鹿的住处，然后千恩万谢地走了。
　The man swore to God at once,never revealing one word of his knowledge about deer .
　有一天，这个国家的王妃做了一个梦，梦见了一头双角洁白如雪、身披九种鲜艳毛的
鹿。她突发奇想：如果用这只鹿的毛皮做件衣服穿上，我一定会显得更加漂亮！于是她缠着国王要他去捕捉九鹿。国王无奈，只好张贴皇榜，重金悬赏捕捉九鹿。
  Another day,the queen had a mysterious dream,she dreamed a deer with two antlers white as snow and with nine shinning colors fur.It was wonderful to be the most beauty in the world she thought if she made a clothes with nine colors fur.The queen asked the king to catch the deer from the forest,the king had no chice but to post on a big bonus.
　调达看了皇榜，心想发财的机会来啦，就进宫告密。国王听了，立即调集军队，由调达带路，浩浩荡荡地向着九鹿的住地进发了。
　Diaoda saw the poster,shouted “Haha,I will be the rich man in the world”,forgetting his pledge.He told the king everything he saw. The king mobilized his troops immediately to the mysterious forest under the lead of Diaoda
　山林之中，春光明媚。九鹿在开满鲜花的草地上睡得正香。突然，乌鸦高声叫喊道：“九鹿，九鹿，快醒一醒吧，国王的军队捉你来了！”九鹿从梦中惊醒，发现自己
发誓的英文已处在刀箭斧的包围之中，无法脱身。再一看，调达正站在国王身边。九鹿非常气愤，指着调达说：“陛下，您知道吗？正是这个人，在快要淹死时，我救了他。他发誓永不暴露我的住地，谁知他竟然见利忘义！您与这种灵魂肮脏的小人一起来残害无辜，难道不怕天下人笑话吗？”
    The sunshine was so warm and bright in the mountain,the magic deer was enjoying the flowers in her dream.Suddenly, friend crow flew to her and shouted louly “Wake up deer,wake up deer. The king’s army is coming to catch you.Run away now.” But it is too late,when the deer woke up,she was under the surrounding of guns and shoots.Diaoda standed by the king flatteringly. The deer wasclear about everything and so angry,pointing at him said to the king “My majesty! Do you know the man beside you? I saved him several days ago when he was nearly drowned in a river behind you. He swore that he will not tell anyone one word of my residence,but who knows that he forget his oath before money. I wonder why you treat the bad guy as your friend.Aren’t you afraid of world people joking on that?”
  国王非常惭愧。他斥责调达背信弃义，恩将仇报，并重重惩罚了他，还下令全国臣民永远不许伤害九鹿。
    At this point, the king was very ashamed of deer’s words,”Oh,my beautiful deer,I feel disgrace thoroughly after hearing your words.Diaoda,you are such ungrateful soul! Solider,throw this devil into prison.Never let him out! The deer is my best friends now, Attention to everyone in my kingdom. From now,anyone who does harm to the deer will be killed.”
