Ｑｕａｄ　Ｈｅｌｉｘ　矫治器在成人正畸中的临床应用
目的：探讨Quad Helix矫治器对成人牙弓狭窄的扩弓效果。方法：对18 例成年人牙弓狭窄患者，采用Quad Helix矫治器进行扩弓，测量扩弓前后第一前磨牙及第一磨牙宽度的变化。结果：模型测量发现，经过Quad Helix矫治器扩弓的患者，均在半年左右时间内有效地扩大了牙弓，平均前磨牙区宽度扩大了4.7 mm，磨牙区宽度扩大了5.9 mm。结论：Quad Helix矫治器是一种能配合固定矫治进行扩弓的有效装置，而且适用范围广，疗效确切，还可以用来移动个别牙齿及增强支抗。

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effect of Quad Helix appliance in expanding narrow dental archfor adult. Methods：18 adult cases were treated by Quad Helix appliance. Measure the dental arch.Results: By measuringmost, the dental arch of all patients was expanded in half a year. The width between the maxillary first premolars increased by 4.7 mm , the width between the maxillary first molars increased by 5.9 mm. Conclusion:The Quad Helix appliance is an effective orthodontic appliance for narrow dental arch with fixed appliance, also has awide range of use and can get precise effect.
