near,nearby,by,beside,next to的区别
看到有同学发了⼀句话:who was the girl sit nearby me just now?
刚才坐在我旁边的那个⼥孩是谁？这⾥哪⾥错了呢？nearby错了，要知道为什么错了，现在给⼤家分析下这⼏个同义词的区别。
1:The shop is near my house. 这个商店在我家附近。(但并不是紧挨着，有⼀定的距离)。
这⾥near是做介词,。near 可以做形容词，有⽐较级nearer和最⾼级nearest，the nearest store最近的商店；
可以做前置定语a near place附近的地⽅；可以副词状语she lives near她住在附近，这⾥可以和nearby 互换。
2:nearby，附近。但空间距离⽐near近了⼀点。形容词的时候可做前置定语,a nearby town附近的⼀个⼩镇；
⼤部分情况放在名词后⾯做后置定语，a place nearby附近的⼀个地⽅；副词做状语，He stands nearby他站在附近。
这⾥可以和near互换。注意：虽然可以看到有些词典说nearby有介词的词性，但实际运⽤中⼏乎不⽤做介词，
所以，不可以说he stand nearby me。但可以把nearby分开成near by，he stands near by me.他站在我附近，
这个和he stands by me(他站在我旁边)相⽐，距离稍稍远⼀点。
3:by，旁边。⼤家可以看到中⽂翻译已经不⽤“附近"这个词了。by有太多太多的意思，我们今天只是讲它在空间距离上的应⽤。
stand by me字⾯意思是，站在我旁边，更准确地这翻译"是伴我同⾏"，这⾸经典歌曲⼤家应该都听过吧！
stand by the window站在窗边。by的距离⽐前⾯两个近了很多，就在旁边。
4:beside,next to ，两个都表⽰：紧挨着，就在隔壁。空间距离最近，可以互换。he sits next to /beside me，这个⼥孩坐在我旁边。
the two shops are next to each other，那两家铺⼦紧挨着。
所以⽂章开头的那句话，正确的应该是:Who was the girl sit next to /beside /by me just now?但不可以⽤nearby。
记住我第⼀:nearby是"附近"的意思，不是"旁边"。
第⼆:nearby不⽤做介词，不可以nearby me。
