小学英语单元整体教学设计与实践研究
随着小学英语材的试用,小学英语教师必须适应新的教学观点、教学方法和教学技术。在教学中,教师需要注重培养学生使用英语的水平,鼓励他们积极参与语言实践,以此树立素质教育的外语教学观。学生也普遍喜欢材,因为它生动有趣,同时也提高了他们的英语水平。然而,在材的使用过程中,教师们面临着三大矛盾:教材版本繁多与备课任务繁重的矛盾,教材新要求与教师的教学水平滞后的矛盾,以及教学课时不足与教材容量偏大的矛盾。这些矛盾和困难阻碍了课程改革的顺利推进,特别是农村教师专业发展的滞后越来越成为课程改革的瓶颈。
为了解决这些问题,我们希望通过“单元整体教学设计与实践研究”来促进小学英语教师的专业发展。单元整体教学是优化语言教学的有效手段,因为每个单元都以话题为核心展开听、说、读、写训练,这为实行单元整体教学提供了基础。此外,新课程对教师的教材观、教学观、学生观、评价观提出了新的要求,对教师的专业发展和学生语言研究目标也提出了更高的要求。因此,我们选择单元整体教学作为突破口,力求解决小学英语材使用中的瓶颈难题及小学英语教师的专业发展后劲不足的现状。
在这个研究中,我们的理论依据是小学英语材的特点和新课程对教师的要求。我们假设通过单元整体教学设计与实践研究,可以解决小学英语材使用中的瓶颈难题,促进小学英语教师的专业发展。
