whether是什么意思whether or not的用法
whether or not 是一个用来表示选择的状语结构，意思是“无论是否”。它可以放在句子的开头，也可以放在句子的中间。
Whether or not 之前一般会接一个判断性或者询问性的句子，例如：He will go to the party，whether or not he is invited.（他将去参加聚会，无论他是否被邀请。）
如果想表示“不管是否”，可以用no matter whether 或者 no matter if 替换 whether or not，例如：No matter whether it rains or not，I will go there.（不管下雨与否，我都会去那里。）
