1、——Where’s the teachers’ office? 教师办公室在哪里？-—It’s on the first floor。 它在一楼。
2、——Is this the teachers’ office? 这是教师办公室吗?——No， it isn’t。 不,不是。
The teachers' office is next to the library. 教师办公室紧挨着图书馆.
3、Is that the computer room? 那是计算机房吗？
Is开头提问的疑问句,肯定回答：Yes， it is. 否定回答No, it isn't。
4、Do you have a library? 你们有图书馆吗？ Yes, we do。 是的,我们有。
Do开头提问的疑问句，肯定回答：Yes, we do。 或者Yes, I do.
否定回答No, we don't。或者 No， I don’t.
5、当表示有一个时，名词的前面可以用a或者an.元音前用an , 辅音前用a。如 an apple 一个苹果   an orange 一个橙子  a pear 一个梨  a dog 一只狗   
6、表示在几楼上，要用介词on,如on the first floor.在一楼。   
The first表示第一的，序数词在使用时前面一定要加the,表示事物的排列顺序。
7、How many students are there in you class？  Forty。（数字） 
how many…？多少？ 用来询问物品的数量有多少，后面只能跟名词的复数形式。

Can开头提问的选择疑问句，肯定回答:Yes, you can. 否定回答。No, you can’t.
2、4、当问某个地方的天气如何时,要用What’s the weather like in +地名？ 
——What's the weather like in New York？  纽约天气怎么样？

What are these?    What are those ?  What are they？在回答时,都要用“They are…” 
What is this ？  What is that？   What is it ？ 在回答时都要用It’s a (an ）…   
“is” 和“are"都是“是”的意思，单数用“is”复数用“are”。
本单元中tomato和 potato的复数形式加“es”变成tomatoes和 potatoes.
sheep单复数一样，其他名词的复数加“s”。
