  在森林⾥住着很多的动物，动物们之间都是⽣存利益吃与被吃的关系，然⽽⼀些弱⼩的动物们经常担⼼⾃⼰什么时候会被吃掉，兔⼦就是其中的⾏列，经常被当成其他动物的餐点。
兔子的故事  有⼀次，很多兔⼦聚到⼀起，互相悲叹他们的⽣活充满危险和恐惧。
  ⼈、狗、鹰和别的动物经常杀害他们，他们觉得，即便是死，也强似⼀⽣胆战⼼惊。他们这样决定以后，就⼀起奔向他塘去投⽔⾃尽。
  池塘周围蹲着许多青蛙。青蛙听见跑动的声⾳，⽴刻都跳到⽔⾥去。
  有⼀只免⼦似乎⽐别的兔⼦聪明些，他嚷道：“停住，朋友们，没有什么可怕，不要吓得去寻死了!你们看，有些动物⽐我们还要胆⼩呢!”

  些害怕不是别⼈给的，⽽是⾃⼰造成的，不要⽣活的太悲观，危险和恐惧都是内在的。只要内⼼阳光正义没什么害怕的，也不要因为⾃⾝的原因⽽放弃⾃⼰，有时也不只你⼀个⼈也这样，⽣活要积极乐观地⾯对。

  Once, a lot of hares gathering together feel sad. They wail for their life full of danger and horror. What's more, the dog and hawk often kill them. All of them prefer dying to living with fear. So, they decide they will jump in the pond and commit suicide.
  Hearing the hurried sound, the frogs around the pond jump into the water.
  A wise hare who sees the frogs jumping into the pond realises something.
  Hey, my friends we mustn't commit suicide because of fear. Look, there are some animals which are more timid than us.
  This story means: those unlucky who are unlucky are used to consoling with other's misfortune.
