  学习经验交流班会新闻稿 xx年11月22日晚，在经济管理学院院楼703室，由经济管理学院05级1班主办的学习经验交流班会隆重举行。6位经管学院考研高分研究生同学出席了本次交流会，向同学分享了他们的学习和考研经验。虽然这场交流会主要面对05级的本科生，但其他年级的学生也踊跃参与，其中有不少大一的新生参加。由此可见，考研在我院学生中有着相当大的影响力，我们的学习风气也很浓。此次经验交流会我们采取了“你问我答”的坐谈会方式，增加了大家的互动交流，使整个场面充满了执着追求知识的氛围。研究生师兄师们结合自身经验，从自身角度出发，向同学们讲述一个学子应当准备哪些方面、怎么规划大学的学习和课外生活，解答同学们的疑惑，让同学们受益匪浅。此次活动持续近一个多小时，博得满堂喝彩，活动达到了预期效果，取得圆满成功。

  我读书时也参加过的，也遇到过类似情况。以备演讲没有其他的招，只能自己反复的背了，你可以在无人的地方(如果觉得害羞的话)作演讲状，比赛前每天练习2-3次，对着时间，

  If I were a boy againIf I were a boy again, I would practice perseverance more often, and never give up a thing because it was or inconvenient. If we want light, we must conquer darkness. Perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. “There are only two creatures,” syas a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids—the eagle and the snail.” If I were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention; I would let nothing e between me and the subject in hand. I would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. The habit of attention bees part of our life, if we begain early enough. I often hear grown up people say “ I could not fix my attention on the sermo
n or book, although I wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth. If I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. I would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible oasion. It takes a little hard work at first to remember things aurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. It only needs early cultivation to bee a power.假如我又回到了童年，我做事要更有毅力，决不因为事情艰难或者麻烦而撒手不干，我们要光明，就得征服黑暗。毅力在效果上有时能同天才相比。俗话说：“能登上金字塔的生物，只有两种——鹰和蜗牛。”假如我又回到了童年，我就要养成专心致志的习惯；有事在手，就决不让任何东西让我分心。我要牢记：优秀的滑冰手从不试图同时滑向两个不同的方向。如果及早养成这种专心致志的习惯，它将成为我们生命的一部分。我常听成年人说：“虽然我希望能集中注意听牧师讲道或读书，但往往做不到。”而原因就是年轻时没有养成这种习惯。假如我现在能重新开始我的生命，我就要更注意记忆力的培养。我要采取一切可能的办法，并且在一切可能的场合，增强记忆力。要正确无误地记住一些东西，在开始阶段的确要作出一番小小的努力；但要不了多久，记忆力本身就会起作用，使记忆成为轻而易举的事，只需及早培养，记忆自会成为一种才能。
 
  从几年前北京着手申办xx年北京奥运会开始，xx年北京奥运会这个话题就一直备受关注。目前关注的焦点已从申办之初许下的诺言转移到如何真正履行诺言。在我看来，要跨越诺言与现实之间的鸿沟，北京还有很长一段路要走。
 
  The xx Olympic Game has been the most discussed and anticipated event through out Bei ___g ever since Bei ___g bid for it years ago. Yet the focus has shifted from making a promise to making good a promise after Bei ___g’s suessful bid. In my opinion, to bridge the gap between a promise and reality, Bei ___g still has a long way to go. Here are some of my ideas on how to fill that gap.
 
  首先，在所有亟待解决的问题中，跨越英语口语这一难关至关重要。学会一门语言的关键在于坚持不懈。我们到能不能做到让大多数国人在xx年到来之前都学会说英语？这一问题
需要我们不断努力和尝试。
 
  First, the speaking of English is far most important than all other difficulties. Learning a language takes a long time and a lot of heart ship, it’s not easy. So can we get most of Chinese to speak English before xx? It needs us to try and practice very hard.
 
  其次，交通拥挤一直是困扰北京的老大难问题。一辆接一辆车连在一起构成的汽车长龙加之它们不断排放到空气中的黑烟这种情景早就给我们留下了深刻的印象。我相信没有一个国人愿意把北京的这一面暴露给世界各地的参赛队员和新闻记者，因为它会严重损坏北京的形象和声誉。所以，我们必须致力于建设绿奥运这一目标。
 
  Second, traffic jams have been an age-old headache in Bei ___g, the scenes of long qu
eues of vehicles worming their way inch by inch while discharging dark fumes into the air had given all of us a really bad impression, and I know that none of us wish to show off that side of Bei ___g to athletes and journalists over the world, it would blemish the city’s image and leave a bad reputation. So we have to work real hard on Green Olympics.
 
  还有，为了各项工作的顺利实施，一个高瞻远瞩的整体城市规划必不可少。如果时间允许，重新设计和调整北京的建筑风格会为构建北京的城市特创造环境。把东方的精致和西方的宏伟结合在一起一定会在众多建筑风格中独树一帜。要做到以上几点，北京应该听取得一流建筑师的建议并作出整体规划。
 
  Thirdly, to add enchantment to convenience, an over-all city planning is indispensable. If time permits, a redesign of city layout and adjustment of architectural style would provide a better environment for fostering the characteristics, blending oriental elegance with inter
national grandeur, will tower a lot among surrounding architectures. To achieve such effects, Bei ___g shall solicit opinions from first-rate architects and make an overall plan.
